We offer tools including AI-based college recommendations, rank predictors, career exploration, and counselling booking — subject to availability and eligibility.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any database connected to it.
You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, reviews, or applications.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software is the property of DP Career Connect or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
By submitting reviews, comments, or other user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

6. College & Course Information

College, course, exam, and scholarship information on our Platform is sourced from publicly available data and institutional submissions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this information.
Always verify critical information such as fees, cutoffs, and deadlines directly with the respective institutions.
DP Career Connect is not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided on the Platform.

7. Counselling & Applications

Counselling sessions booked through the Platform are facilitated by DP Career Connect advisors. Availability is subject to scheduling.
College applications submitted through our Platform are forwarded to the respective institutions. We do not guarantee admission outcomes.
Any fees charged for premium services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DP Career Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services in the preceding three months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
